It's gorgeous! Nothing in the photograph hints at it being at the present time. Looks like old England, which was a time I would have been comfortable in.

Hi Manu
I like what you have done here your PS technique is fine.
Vignetting, anything like this is going to be subjective. Personally i think that it is a nice blend and it reflects what you are you trying to show us.
Overall this is a great combination of technique and vision. I like it lots also like the fact that it is devoid of people.

Ah! accurate and fine work! soft and balanced choice of tones. The pinhole effect gives a crepuscular feeling to all old town landscape! Compliments Manu! Marco

Hi Manu,
I assumed you wanted the vignetting to blend into the frame, it works really well and it does feel like I'm looking through a hole onto the past. great work, very beautiful. I woud love to see the original also.

I agree the vignetting is maybe a little too much, but i like the subject and the sepia works well. Maybe try it with just the black border?

Thanks a lot Kelly and thanks for sticking it in your fav's. Vignetting is the faded black around the edges.

Thanks for your comments Hugo. I wanted the edges to go really black to blend with the border...like a spy-hole effect. May need to work on it a little more.
Cheers

Very moody shot. I like it - makes me feel as if I went back in time. Seems you have a bit too much contrast though - top part of the building on the left... Good job though!

I agree, the vignetting is a bit over the top...perhaps crank back the opacity just a bit so there is a little more detail, but yet you still convey that dark mood you're going for. I think the image itself is terrific.

Hi Manu, Although the mood and atmosphere are pretty obvious here, I cannot suppress the feeling that you overdone it a bit with the vignetting. It's a bit too heavy, especially near the corners. Although I'm not fond of sepia, I do think it serves a purpose here. Love the victorian buildings, though; the shot itself looks very good.
Cheers,
Hugo
