Glad to hear that you learned something new! I dont understand why you didnt notice any changes...
This is my picture, I think that the dark shadow made the picture alot more interesting... http://www.usefilm.com/image/610747.html

hola: Thank you very much for your comment and the suggestion! The photo has been taken in RAW - and I do use Photoshop - I didn't know about the possibility of adding shadow - so I tried it yesterday. I didn't - as far as I could see - make very much difference - and I'm not sure, that I really want the shadow to be more noticeable. I quite like it subtle like it is :-) But thanks anyway! I learned something new! ;-) Saludos cordiales de Dinamarca (soy profesora de castellano.....) Birthe

this is a good picture, I personaly like shadows and have a palm tree shadow in my portfolio, it is very different from this but your picture called my attention. As in my picture I would recomend to use Photoshop to enhance your shadow, was it shot in RAW format? If so in the conversion you could add shadow and the shadow will be much more noticeable. Keep it up, If you dont have PS I would be willing to help you if you send the original file to me. Keep up the good work...
