An Italian poet wrote a poem about 80 years ago celebrating the "excellent things of vey bad taste":here's a line of that poem.

Verena, this image that you posted here is the evidence that simple things of the each days life can give rise to an interesting subject for the photograph.
The way you captured this image is really perfect, with the different textures of the towels and of the sheets added with the white tones that are really beautiful and contrast well with the luminous metal of the linen basket.
Really splendid image Verena
Cheers

@Karel, I doesn't saw a fisheye effect, but thought it wasn't exact horizontal and vertical lines, a tad tilted...you can turn it a bit in PS...at least for me no need to go there again to do it differently

Thanks for your comments

Cheers,
Verena

Hi Verena, This is very cool! I always wanted to take a shot like this, but never acted on it. Very good capture of the different textures and fabric. B&W is the only justifyable choice here...;) Very well captured.

Cheers,

hugo

Nice work Verona, likewise patron as on the photo you commented on of the trainstation. btw i removed that photo since i agree with you, going to take the shot again someday with less fisheye effect.

Regards
K.
