hallo verena,
merci :-). marita k. ist mir ein begriff, durchaus. und in der fc gibt und gab es ja einige wellblech-experten oder sagen wir mal auch solche leute, die immer wieder diese klaren, metallischen strukturen und elemente geschickt in szene setzen konnten, stimmt. so was nennt man wohl inspiration letztlich...;-)
"royal" ist aber auch ein edles attribut....danke...:-))
das mit der genial-diskussion muss ich wohl verpasst haben....vielleicht kannst du mir das bei gelegenheit noch mal erläutern...;-)

hi Uwe. I love this piece - the simplicity of the lines & subject, strong & dynamic composition, & how it almost seems like b&w but i think i feel a little colour in there, somewhere. And i like the juxtaposition of your title, which i think of in reference to 'modern' email, used for an 'old fashioned' mail box. Great!

Ach ja...im mail Zeitalter bräuchte man eigentlich keine Briefkästen mehr...nur noch für Zeitungen und Rechnungen.Aber so ein richtiger Brief ist leider sehr selten geworden..oder ausgestorben.
Das Foto ist schlichtweg einsame klasse!

Hi Uwe,
kennst Du in der FC Marita K. aus Reutlingen? Von meinem früheren Leben dort ;) habe ich sie als die Queen des Wellblechs in Erinnerung...
Mit diesem Bild bewegst Du Dich auf der gleichen royalen Ebene...
Ich erinnere mich an die 'Genial' Diskussion (von wegen Kunstlehrer und so), trotzdem muß ich dieses Adverb benutzen...
