Taken at St Kilda beach, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. I was taken with the colours in the sky when I took this, but decided it looked better as a duotone.
Thanks Francesco. I've been thinking about this image, and maybe it should be cropped to take the beach out, placing the horizon a third the way up... just the sea, sky and birds. I'm having fun with making photos late evening and night.
Do you find that some of your favourite images get the smallest number of comments?
How are you getting your images onto the computer? Do you scan negatives or the prints?
Glad to see that someone else uses Olympus cameras too. I like my OM-10, and OM-40. People turn their noses up at them sometimes, telling me the OM - 1,2,3,and 4 are better. I'm sure they are, but I've bought 5 Olympus lenses 2nd hand for less than the cost of an OM-3, and my cameras have never let me down in 10 years!
