Sorry. I understand now. short version: yes, it is a reflection.
Long version: visually split the picture in half( top to bottom). The white triangle building has 2 reflections on the side. the buildings that make up the reflection are shown in the right side of the picture ( first building is a condo. And 4th building is the Palmalive building)......... well, I thought it was interesting...........

I mean the left side of the building, there seems to be a chuck of it that's just white.. is that a refelction or something?

Do you mean the right side? if so, that thing on the right side is called " the bean" by the public. The real name is something like " cloud (something)( something) " nobody can remember the name. Anyway it is located in the Millenium park. the bean is a huge reflective stainless steel looking piece of art. It is fun to shoot and there must be a zillion pictures of it out on the net. I know I have at least 200 of 'em. Thank you for taking the time to look at my work.
