Thanks Peter,

The branches crossing the background tree were totlly intentional. In fact it's two neg's stitched. I take your point but I think it breaks the photo in a pleasing pattern, rather than just a single tree.

The branches of the foreground tree crossing those of the tree behind is perhaps a bit unlucky and degrading the possibly strong composition .. regards, Peter
