Bill,
This is a fantastic composition... and the exposure is perfect! I admire all of your work very much.
I paint in watercolor and oils as a hobby and I'm always looking for inspiration for a painting. I would love to use one of your photos to paint from if you would be so kind to let me! I occasionally enter local competitions and I like to give credit for that which inspired me and feel more comfortable with the photographers permission.
I would be glad to email you a jpeg as soon as I finish.

Wonderful - love the way the feathers are just a little ruffled and it is amusing to see he is clinging on to the uneven ground and yet it looks as though it is quite even around him.

Aai jaai jaai Bill - is there no image of yours that is less than just perfect? :-)) Apart from all the great technical compliments I could give you what grabs me most here is the movement of the wind through the feathers as well as the firm grip his right foot has on the slippery algae covered rock. Awesome capture of the colours and the white is just so darn perfect!
