Yes, you have understood perfectly the explanation.
That zone of the park is called "the hall of Retiro". It is a zone where much people go to take a walk, specially Sundays in the morning. Along this trail, great amount of street sellers is placed in those days, and also street musicians , mimos, and also these fortune-tellers, whom they try to obtain some coins from the walkers. When the weather is good, there is many people, but even in a cold and gray day like the past Sunday, still much people takes a walk along this path, and many of these street sellers, as the fortune-teller of the photography, continue attracting their customers

It must be very interesting subject ,I did read your about but not sure if did understand it, I think that woman is lucking the persons future by reading or doing via the cards, the strange of it is in winter time and in open air, great outdoor capture, Saeed

HEHEHEHEHEHE... Eso fue lo primero que hice cuando la vi... Definitivamente parece insólito ver algo así... aunque después de verla con mas calma, y antes de leer de que se trataba... Me di cuenta de que era algo que se estaba haciendo por algo...
Lo que mas me atrajo la atención despues de la mesa fue la expresión de la cara dle señor que iba caminando mirando hacia la mesa... El señor parece entre asombrado y repobador de la escena que estaba viendo...
La expresión de la cara de las señoras en la mesa, definitivamente no es halagadora...
Excelente escena Ignacio... Definitivamene esta fotografía cuenta su historia por ella misma...
