About This ladder is very old and rusty. It may has same age as the city called "French Quarter" in New Orleans.

When it became damaged longtime ago, I guess the owner cannot decide whether to repair or replace it. The decision never came. And it is too late now: they kept it being hung like this as a decorated symbol for its root.
