About Looking back at the windshied, double strip due to changing lanes.

Homage to Kostas Tzanetos master of the night ride. I am a student, inspired by the master's work.
Shot using my $.99 car camera. The Car Cam, or IED is described in the link below.
http://www.usefilm.com/image/612635.html

I cut up a cardboard box and duct taped it together into a crude trianular prism and taped it to the car. I then shoved the camera into the end and taped it in place.

After that, it was just drive around to expose the film.

I saw his images, and liked them enough to try these series of photographs.

That is a really neat shot - I like the jitter. I have taken shots inside the car as well by setting up a tripod in the passenger's seat and also in the middle of the rear seat. Some of the shots are in my portfolio. I only recently tried this weird outside of car stuff.

Check out Kostas if you want to see amazing work.

Interesting web site - good shots. This photograph was created by taking apart a $.99 thrift store cheapo 35 mm spring loaded camera and basically ripping out some components and rebuilding it with a coke can swing shutter.

No ND filter. I had to measure the aperature and distance to manually calculate the F/16 Fstop.

A great shot, I have tried similar things myself, using a ND filter?

Have you seen www.photo4me.com? Regards Jon

I can make one for you, but quite honestly after I was done "modifying" it I pretty much had to perform all sorts of tricks just to advance the film. I could make one for you if you wish, but I'd have to stop by the thrift store again...

your Matrix also serves as a spacecraft :-P

why don't you buy some Suntones , modify them and then sell them for $5 to nightride enthusiasts?

i think i would buy one :-)
