I love this picture. I love the way you composed it, with the tree to the right and this beautiful sky as the background.
Thanks for your last comment. I appreciate it. Let's keep sharing ideas and views.
Regards, Daniel.

Lovely shot. The silhouette tree lokkes lovely. About the green caste in my shot I dont know, I believe its happened due to the nikon coolscan scanner. The original slide as a much wermer tone. But this green effect has been a blessing in disguise. The green caste lokkes much better.

Great potential here, but get that horizon straight next time :) You can of course correct the horizon in fotoshop.
Edit>transform>rotate, and then crop it .

Sorry, I wanted to advice you to wait till snowfall and to do shot during it. Leaves doesn't matter so much. Preferrably in evening or morning hours as this one was done... :)

Thanks for your comments. Yes the tilted horizon is a big flaw in this image. I also didnot have the tripod then.
Sure, I will take the advice of shooting this place in different mood of nature. But now during snow time the tree has no leaves. Will share the other photo's of this place in days to come.
Thanks for your comments.

Aurobindo, next time try to keep horizon line staight. It's difficult with dark, or completelly black LCD screen, but you could adjust camera position after first try. Of course tripod is needded for shots like this one. Great image with beautiful sky and silhouette of tree. You can shot same tree at different times, sunrize, sunsets, fog, or with falling snow and be amazed how great this place will look like.
