About This is a photo of "The Old Shilo Scool", located in Northumberland County Virginia and listed in the National Historical Registry.

Known for it's architecture and the fact that noted philanthropist Jessie Ball duPont was it's first school teacher. The schools heyday was from about 1920 - 1924 and I have tried to dipict as it might of looked back then in a photograph.
