Thanks for your comments... and Hugo, no, I don't mind your idea. Actually I tried myslef a few other "versions" of this shot and I also thought it'd work better in b&w, or even some sepia (tried a blueish tone) but I also like some of the colors in those buildings, that's why I kept it "color".
As for the cropping: the sky was more dramatic and darker, but since I wanted some more details on the dark side the buildings I had to "loose" some darker tones of the sky. The way it turned out now, I can understand your temptation of cropping away some of the sky.
Anyway, thanks for your constructive critique
Cheers, Alex

Hi Altur, Hope you don't mind me toying with your image, but looking at this shot, I had to make a suggestion... As the tones in this image are rather grey and gloomy, I thought converting this photo to B&W, and doing some layer / masking work on the sky could pump the tension and ominous atmosphere. It has become a completely different image, but your initial shot inspired me....:)

The photo has alot of potential and is very well captured. Looking at the setup of this shot, I think a slight crop on the lower part of the image as well as on top, making it more of a panoramic format would place more emphasis on the skyline.

Thanks again for making my mind run freely... Hope you don't mind...:)

Cheers,

Hugo
