it's out of focus, not really anything special about it, why don't u crawl to the goats and take a photo from udnerneath, with a bnice sky abckground, you must overexpose your photo's so much, with certain ones it is ok, but like with this, there isn't even a nice sky, you can also get back some of the highlights with Shadows and Highlights in Photoshop CS, there's actually a lot of ways to do it anyways c ya
