I was fascinated by the numerous trails made by insects that had traveled across the sand dunes. No wind ripples, but the pattern of a light rain. the image seemed to have more interest when cut up into thirds . . . comments welcome as maybe I get too abstract and thrill to maybe too simple? fern
wow! very cool. you know i'm partial to abstracts, but this is a really innovative way of looking at this subject. just to pick it out is commendable, but the presentation and the finer to coarser grain motif is really clever. fantastic stuff fern. as always, look forward to your work! oh, and i also like the delineation with the black boxes.
I like the divisions. You can switch between looking though little windows to seeing three prints on a black mat. These are certainly not too simple. You extract out the pure essence.
