About The art inside the Tate Modern is captivating, but so is the view looking out the window.

Todd, One of my great pleasures in life is to travel and build up a collection of experiences. I have to say, however, that I also think it makes photiography easier ... one spots the appealing images because your senses are heightened and the new or novel is more readily visible. In contrast, I respect what you and Kevin C do, as you guys are such astute observers of the everyday ... and are able to pluck the interesting, new, or novel from the commonplace surroundings. That, to me, is a real skill. Best regards ...

a lovely shot Mark....looked through your portfolio again tonight-you seem to be pretty well travelled!

this is a great shot. love the 'graphic design' feel to it, nice geometry. well done!

as for my recent shot: i just took a photo, desaturated it, and inverted to the negative and ended up with what looked like an IR shot. i don't yet have an IR filter, so i have to fake it....
take care,
todd

This is definitely unique and abstract. You could improve it a little by cleaning up the specs in the dark surounding area.
