I saw a fish here, but anyway I think this is a great composition. The dynamic element and tones are very intriguing. Omar

wow! it really looks like a fish, a nasty one, but a fish nonetheless. have you thought about adding colour to this series, or at least to this pic? wonderful as usual. :)

This is a scream. Before I noticed the title, my mind was going in completely different direction, which I will keep to myself. We all are having so much fun with this series. Please don't stop! Bravisimo!

Being a lover of fire (okay, so I'm a bit of a pyro!) I first saw wisps of smoke... I love the opaqueness of the upper portion... it has subtle depth and detail. I almost wish for a little more contrast to make a point of focus a little bit stronger.

Thanks Hugo - it is the glass, but also the technique. My little digital camera recording the pattern off a screen (as here) is no match for capturing the pattern directly onto photographic paper.

Hi Stefan, Each of these holds a new surprise. I like the sense of motion in this one. Nice and dynamic. The pattern seems a little less well defined than with your previous piece of glass (or should that be plural?) Guess it could also be the scan or size ratio. Very nice, though, and nice to see some of the familiar yet unique patters again....
Cheers,
Hugo

so beautiful and enigmatic shapes...abstract lines and tones are dansing in the image... leads the fantasy to whatever path chosen... like a hand holding underwater an exotic seashell that leaves behind "colours".... absolute dreamy.... congrats Stefan... great innovative work... emy :)

Hi Stefan,
different stuff. amazing that you're so flexible.
the image gives the viewer a lot of possibilites but aquatic life is something I first had in mind.
take care, Thilo

A work of art as I have told you before concerning the series! This series has a great artistic value as to tones , abstract depiction and distribution of lines!

From the thumbnail I first thought about a boat, when opened I thought about a fly. Very interesting and superb done. By the way - when looking at it once more, there are some similaritys to matereial as well.
