Hi8s ears look too big for him. He looks like he is playing peek-a-boo. Wonderful picture, Fred. I've been looking through your birds. Wow. They are so very well done; terrific pictures. A number are ones we have locally. After trying to get a picture of some, I realize it is not an easy thing to get the quality of pictures you consistently post.
Thank you so much for your very kind comment on my Long Flight Home picture. It is encouraging as I started taking pictures only in January after getting my digital camera at Christmas time. I have taken sooo many and fortunately, some have turn out okay.

Lee: We've only seen white tails once. They were on the Laramie River Road maybe ten miles north from Cameron Pass. They were gone too quickly for a photo.

Fred I really like this....a look of curiosity.
The soft grass in the foreground works very well here.
Looking thru your portfolio I notice that you use 800 ISO allot.
I'm very impressed with the quality.
Seen some white tails over by Gould a couple weeks ago, I knew they were there but I just don't see them very often.
Excellent Photo Fred.

He looks so adorable with his big ears. You were so lucky to see this and even more lucky to capture him with your camera. Love this expression! Into my favorites.
greetings,
Diana.
