I opted to comment on your "Men at work" because it is colorgul and has working people in it. The colors are great and the relation to the men to each other is interesting. You might as well put it in the Henri project. I'm sur Henri would have approved.

Bella la luce, sulla composizione avrei messo tutti e tre più a sinistra lasciando quindi più spazio dal lato in cui tutti sono voltati. Ciao!

In effetti i colori del tramonto sui visi e sulla pelle sono davvero interessanti.
Però non solo quelli. L'immagine è davvero bella, anche perchè più che "al lavoro" sembra stiano osservando una pausa di riflessione.
