Although this song has no lyrics, it has a very powerful title Astor Piazzola name it Libertango. Freedom tango.
And it brings back to me lots of values in witch I was raised.
I believe no one can give me freedom or equality I have to fight for it. So for me this song is that constant fight for freedom, for equality, for justice ,?
I belive Henrik Ibsen wrote two things I agree 100%
?The worst enemy of truth and freedom in our society is the compact majority. Yes, the damned, compact, liberal majority.?
?A minority may be right, and a majority is always wrong.?
So this picture, and I believe this song to is dedicate to the minority that wont stop dancing the Libertango.
well choosen angle. shows the differ dense of community and contradiction in it. if those fallen black figure were ment to be that way in this installation art, i think this angle gives a theme of survival. the minorities and majorities. and the closer look on the second picture give details on the interaction of the figures. one thing, probably.. maybe the first pic could be a bit more to the right, so the groups won't have to be cropped. ;) but cool ideas and cool way of presenting it, Nuno.
Hi Nuno, Very interesting diptych, very well composed. The two images fit well together, and I like the way you present this. Interesting theme, well executed!
stronger than most usefilm submissions you can see!... i agree with H.Ibsen and been A.Piazzola's fan for many years... great work Nuno :-) keep dancing!
