About Male Speckled Bush Cricket (Leptophyes punctatissima)on a field scabious flower.

I was going to call this, "If I hold them like this, I can get Channel Five". I chased this little chap around and around this flower head for about half an hour to get this right.

I have also posted a female speckled bush cricket taken with a Nikon Coolpix 4100. (Image # 890497). There is a huge improvement over a scanned slide even with a very low cost 4Mpx compact.
