About I took this this morning and have been tryiong to figure out how my camera handles mist and fog. In this instance I think it did pretty good. It almost makes the photo look like a painting. Awesome colors I think are attributed a little bit to the use of a circular polarizer. I apologize for the jet streak across the photo but you have to take the shot when it's there.

Hope you enjoy the morning view as much as I did.

Focal Length 16 mm.
Shutter Speed 1/8 sec.

Beautiful reflections of the wonderful sky!
I would have liked to see a bit more of the boat, but thats my opinion, otherwise a very good shot!
Kind regards
Ellen

Very nice.
Great colors and I don't think the jet stream takes away at all.
Well seen and composed.

Very good sunrise James, the jet vapour does not
look too bad.

Cheers Ian

Oh my god... this is beautiful
Perhaps the best sunset I have seen at Usefilm...

Did you use a graduated neutral density filter?

This is one fantabulous orgasmic image here Jim! I am sitting here looking at this in total awe!!! I wouldn't post any higher res than what you are already posting, this will make your work subject to theft. Pure excellence portrayed here!

Thanks for the comment Davide, I took your advice and changed the title to "Red Morning" I'm a little confused as to what you mean by boosting the res. Photo taken with a Raw Capture to a res of 300 dpi for color correction etc. To post to the Web, I converted to srgb @ 72 dpi. If there is a better way I would love if you would share with me:)
