Thanks for your invitation. Actually, I prefer the first one. It gives a better idea of the place.

In a few days, I'll post my own views of this beautiful scenic area.

Like I've told you before...it takes a special eye to capture the essence of architecture... You have the eye... Great saturation without a lot of computer manipulation... Nice shot!

Cheers,

Bill

Very nice picture, Larry. You found a great angle of the church, considering that there is a lot of scaffolding right now (I assume it?s a recent photo). I really like the bright white under the blue sky.

I also took a few photos of and around the mission during this summer?s Arizona trip. Take a look at http://www.usefilm.com/image/541140.html, http://www.usefilm.com/image/541212.html, and http://www.usefilm.com/image/553763.html. It was monsoon season so that my skies have thick clouds and it started to rain hard just when we left. Take a look at the dramatic sky.

Great picture, thanks for sharing.

Is this by any chance San Xavier del Bac? I love the saturation of the deep blue sky against the white of the mission. I find the palms a bit distracting, though. This is one of my destinations for my next trip to AZ. Nice work.
