Dramatic lake-view landscape made more unusual by the IR capture. I imagine the foreground feature is long grass growing out of the shallow water.
Personally I would crop a little off the bottom, since it is just black and the result would put the water's edge right in the centre which would be interesting though unconventional.
BTW (for Marvellina), you don't need to attach the IR filter to your camera - just get one big enough and hold it in front of the lens.

Marvellina, Thanks for your comment, it doesn?t appear that the cannon s230 has a threads to screw filters on. So unless there?s some other way of attaching a filter to your camera lens, I?d say your camera isn?t set up to do infrared shots. But other than that, IR is easy, you just screw the filter on the same as you would a polarizer or UV filter, point and shoot. It?s fun to play with, Thanks for the comment.

I always love IR photography..but i don't know how to do it nor do I have the camera for it :) but this is great..dramatic!
