First of all: welcome to UF! This is a very good image, you captured the men on the right moment!
The date is very disturbing, cant you put it off in your camera? This picture would become more vivid, if you gave it a bit more contrast. I'll show you what I mean.

This is real nice.
First of I like the depiction of the farm life in China.
I also like the soft background it still shows true but yet soft enough to not pull away from the subjects.
