Excellent capture William, the composition and lighting are perfect. I like the silhouettes of the island with the tree on top and the bricks in the water, amazing. Also the lighting of the clouds with the sun rays merging through the clouds and giving soft lighting to the background is super.

Very, very beautiful shot! I know it is very hard to shoot against the light. I rate it at 7.
Nonetheless I have couple of suggestions that you may consider.
I think the image will benefit if you could digitally isolate the sun beams in the central part, by separating the sky and enhancing its saturation and contrast. Also the left side of the mountain could be dealt in the same manner. In addition I suggest enhance the overall suturation some 5-10%.
By all means, this is a wonderful work of photography.
