About Loved the motion in the child/mother and the cellphone talking man on the street and the cellphone talking man in the small restaurant to the left (in the window). Also look for the child/mothers reflection!

Comments are welcome!

Cheers

I love how the two of them are walking in a different direction than the man, and how they contrast each other from light to dark. The tunnel is a nice touch. Well done~

Hi Patrick, have you tried to locally dodge the image? A very useful tool in PS, and many other graphic software, I'm sure. You can also copy the entire image onto a new layer, lighten that, and erase the spots that get washed out.... Works every time...:)

Cheers,

Hugo

Thanks alot Hugo for your analyze and comment.. im glad you added me to your friends list.. ive done the same! =)

Yes.. they become abit dark.. tried to lighten them but it didnt work as everything else got all white.. i kept it because of their movement and the two people talking in their phones!

Thanks!

Hi Patrick, I thinjk that the elements you describe do make this image. This image has more to it than one would perceive on first glance. I only think the mother and child are a bit dark; a bit more contrast and details in their clothes would've spiced up the photo. Compared to the others, this is shot is a bit more cluttered, with alot of elements going on. That makes it more dynamic, but also a little less powerful, I think. That doesn't mean I don't like it, and as it is a completely different type of shot, they cannot be compared. Very intersting!

Cheers,

Hugo

Great job! Excellent B&W. Just enough blur to show motion.

Thanks alot Rebecca.. =) I often shoot 2 shots at once instead of just taking one and hope for the best. Then the chances is better to get one shot where they walk better or things like this happends! =)

Im glad you liked it my friend!

Thanks Arwa.. I try my best.. but its easy to miss out something or to just see 1-2 good things but miss the third as Aris my friend have explained. I need training.. so its just to get out there and take more shots.. =)

Cheers!

excellent exposure Patrick!!
perfect timing, what i enjoy the most about your street pictures is that as u look at them longer u find all those small bits and pieces that makes the image master piece
they r full of details but not too cluttered
Keep it up ;)
