You are right about Peace Khaled, people seem to want to hate rather than love. Or maybe they are scared of differences. Thank you for the comment. Alison

Excellent photo, title and "about". Your photos are extremelly beautiful and very well composed Alison. The only way to bring peace to the blue planet is LOVE, helping each other and helping other nations and people. I like the quotation of Buddha, best regards... Khaled.

Well, I hardly think of a gorgeous blue sky as drab, although you probably could crop a bit of it without detracting from the composition. I like the way the path, grass and stone berm form a continuation of the little cove protecting the boats. As Neal said, the man lying there soaking it all up really makes the picture!

I love this. The boats are so nicely framed by the lovely crystal blue sky and by the path on the bottom. But what makes the picture is the guy lying on the grass enjoying it all. It's like this is a picture of a person looking at a picture. Very clever and very beautiful.

hi Alison, a nice photo but not a striking image, try again later in the day when the light is more oblique and gives interesting shadows and textures, recompose so that half your image area is not wasted on drab sky, be more discerning and selective as to subject, this picture is too cluttered and has at least five interesting subjects competing for attention - the man, the path, the trees, the boats, the curved shore line
