About A strange and horrific reminder of the Vietnam war.
In 1963 a Buddhist Monk the Venerable Thich Quang Duc, burned himself to death in Saigon.
This is the car that he drove himself from Hue to Saigon.
It can be seen quite clearly in the background, of the pulitzer prize winning photo of that event.
Incredible how something so innocuous as a rusting old austin can evoke such horrific memories.
