About This is only half the image, turned upside down. Its the actual reflection of the boat. I simply cropped the real boat and flipped the image.Kind of looks like I was in the water when I took it.
This is dedicated to My good UF Friend Bill Mahler.A real lover of Boats and anything nautical,( and a fine photographer) so I thought He may enjoy this.To You Bill!!!!
My best...............JOHN

Hi Anthony!
I just wanted to say thanks for Your great comment to Me!
You made My Day!
I really love this little part of the world as I'm sure You do also. I never want to take for granted what We have right here in South Jersey.
What a great place to grow up, live and work and especially to enjoy!

Excellent work, John, especially the cleanig of all the unnecessay items about your final photo in your "For Bill Mahler" which finally left a beautiful, clean photo of a boat, some poles, their shadows and the sky as a background.
Thank you for your generous comment on my "Face of a dancer" and your comliments to her.
Regards,
Rafi

John, I'm always late to the party on your shots! This is very cool, as mentioned the feel is of a painting-Photoshopped without being photoshopped!

Here's the bottom line on your WHOLE PORTFOLIO:

You have the gift of the eye, and the technical expertise to pull it off. That is a great combination my friend. My only question is why you're still swinging a hammer?

ps-I have looked at most of your images and love the way you capture the beautiful side of Jersey. You have a way of making our little end of the state very inviting and warm. As a fellow Jerseyean, I appreciate that.

Take care,

Anthony

Very pretty, I like the soft golden tones and the slight ripple look gives it the feeling of a painting. Alison

Well, you did it again :-)

It's light years better than the original, has a painting quality to it thanks to the reflections that's impressive, unique. The strange point of view (you'd have to be underwater) makes it even more special.

Color saturation is astonishing, John! A great mix and contrast of cool and warm tones that's strong, powerful. Congratulations, my friend!

My best,

José Azevedo
