Yep, the pano is the way to go on this shot!
Those mountains are so beautiful. I can't look at them without thinking of previous trips and the people were with me at the time.
The blue color that TK noticed...is that a function of the Velvia? Being a confirmed digi-woman myself, I don't know how Velvia would act in that light.

Thanks for your comments Jorg and Sony, Only Terrence knows how completely hopeless I am with computers. Otherwise I would certainly have posted this photo as a panoramic shot. It looks gorgeous Sony, thanks. My only regret is that baggage restrictions didn't allow me to take a 4x5 on this trip. Maybe a Mamiya 7II with the panoramic adapter would have been a good option too. Hmmmmm.

Agreed on the panorama option, tho maybe a giant print would put some perspective on that, beautiful light, wondering why the shadows are a funny mottled blue? Dig it either way daddy-o

Beautiful pictures in a great timing. But I agree with Jorg. Crop it to make a panoramic vision. I hope you don't mind I play a little with your picture here....

Great scene, great colors and excellent clarity. Suggestion, maybe try to remove the dark foreground, too little is happening there.Best regards, Jorg
