I think the texturing comes from reducing it's size digitally: it's only 82 kb. You're allowed to upload pictures of 360 kb.
Otherwise lovely photo.

Nice framing and time of day. Maybe the artifacts in the scan could be cleaned up better if you have PS. This is a beautiful skyline with a good story.
