Gary:

This one deserved the awards - I have to tell you that the perspective plane on this one is a bit more alive. In the others you tend to shoot down on the 30 or 35 degree down angle. By shooting mostly head on you allow the objects to recess into space faster and create a more dynamic and exciting presentation.

Something to think about.

Great use of light. Great exposure.

great still life. So much feeling in here. Perfect DOF. The only notpicking is the green cast in the glass of the bottle. That doesn't work with the overall look.

Hi.
my first contact with your photo!
but I saw her in FRONTPAGE. and I must say what a still-life photography is I have always wished to realize!
in this have everything ... the COCA COLA, THE BASEBALL and THE CHEVROLET.
the "GLASS BALL" ... and the GLOBE!
all that takes back at the 1960s..

the youth in a photography of today, but also the light which you created remembers the images of those years!
An excellent photography.
Rewarded 2 times?

cheers
roby

Nice retro feel and I love the muted colours. Congrats on the BIP & SC. The Coke looks a little anaemic though, more like weak tea. Good work, regards John

The life of an active little boy all brought together into one spectacularly composed image. The mitt seems a lil too knew for such a well used ball. Love the scatter marbles along with the window light reflected on the wall behind. It has a very welcoming warm feel. Great dof. Great shot-would make a great ad for the soda company.
