I enjoyed photographing the weddings most of the time, but when I felt as though I was getting burned out, I decided it was time to hang it up before I dissappointed someone.
Now, I'm SO GLAD I'm not doing them anymore! :)

Gorgeous! The lighting really makes this shot. Makes me think that those 300+ weddings were good for something! Sorry, but I did not care for that aspect of photography since you have to deal with people who have absolutely no idea of what they want . . . until after it's shot. Then they know exactly what it is and you didn't produce it.
This is simple, graphic and powerful.

Yes, San Diego is nice, but I am very happy here in Japan where I have been for the past 18 years. Before that I lived for 5 years in Switzerland which was also pretty good. If I ever move anywhere again, it will probably be to Italy or France.
Where in San Diego are you? I used to live right near S.D.S.U.

Lori this is amazing, looking down at the original which is excellent in its self but what you have done here totally amazes me.
Perfect.
I have no clue how you can add shadows to one side and not the other.
Actually I have been looking at this image for a few days now wondering...

Thank you so much, yes it is natural lighting, but I did use the levels for higher contrast, I also used a filter!
