About	I have a color version and B& W version of this very 0ld farm Homestead. It was taken in February 1988 near the tiny town of Bowman, Georgia. I had never seen it before in all my travels in the area. I realized that it would soon be gone. Reluctantly I got out my camera and tripod ( and always trusted Kodachrome film) and took a series of photos in the very cold weather on that day in February 1988. Now "modern " technology allows me to finally scan the original slide and make it color of B&W (or sepia) It looks a little dark on the computer I am now using, however, it looked great on the computer that had the photoshop and scanner. Comments welcome. ( note-yes, it was gone along with the big oaks a few weeks later. A very beautiful home sits in this spot now.)
