Hi Walter,I like the idea behind this shot, but I have a faint feeling that you tried to capture too much in one shot, and that by trying to include the cloud above the tree, you composed it too narrow below the tree. It creates an unbalance in the compostition, which I find far more distracting than if you'd build up the composition around the tree, and cut off a part of the cloud (panning down a bit...;o) Other than that a very good shot, and a very appropriate title...

well done, walter. great upright format. splendid colors, nice shadow play. good contrast between foreground/tree and sky. the center placement makes the image a tad static but the tree compensates for that. good job! thilo

Bravissimo a creare il punto d'interesse lungo la strada (oltre cioè il soggetto principale e a slanciare (grazie alla nuvola) la dimensione dell'albero spezzato.
