Awesome shot! And not easy to take either. But a very good job. I know there's something to say for using the entire frame, but in this case, I think it needs some fine tuning in the presentation. I would, most of all, correct the tilt in the photo, as it is really distracting, which is a shame for such a high quality shot.
Secondly, a crop would place the attention to the deer and the bird more (can't make out what it is, but it looks like a falcon?
And last, a slight level tweak might improve the tonal range just a little bit. Not very important, though.
