I tried to take the escalator in the same way i.e. shallow DOF but my cammeta (then SLR digital Olympus C-2500L) was not enough good.

This shot is exactly what I wanted to achieve.
I realy admire your skills and ... the camera ;o)

Credit also should go to the unknown picture hanger.
Super fine thinking up a good shot here.Terrific choice in that gleaming 100 b&w.

Hugh,

A type of shot I've been unsuccessfully trying (not very hard) to do for some time.

I like your version, although the technical details are a bit incosistent.

Which station is this, if you don't mind me asking?

Regards,
Angelo.

Good Lord, Hugh.
Besides been an outstanding work, you were in a serious danger.
Glad you took the picture before (or after) the train :)
