This is a really nice portrait and I love how she looks away from the camera like she's thinking about someone. The only thing is I find the picture just a little overexposed. Maybe bring down the contrast as Brad mention. Keep up the good work.

Very Nice. Maybe a touch more contrast might give the shot more "pop" and 3rd dimension. Only a very small nit pick though.
