LOL!
Hey, my 'pet name' for my weenie is "Danger Dog"!
(I've got a shot of him here:
http://www.usefilm.com/image/330709.html )

Spam, however, is prone to chase after squirrels, birds, cats, etc., but quickly re-considers if the chase-ee suddenly wheels around to face him. Then, it's time to bark fiercely (from a safe distance). :)

Great portrait, Chris. Well exposed, and superb contrast and focus.

I just hope she doesn't get what she was bred to hunt....Dachshund also means Badgerhound!!!! Hopefully, I won't have to bury one of those:)

Very beautiful picture but: THE ONE IS NOT A MURDERER, ALONE THIS MAKING THEIR WORK WELL. The Dachshund, also called Dackel or Teckel, it is known from the Half Age. Starting from the "Bracken" the dogs were constantly crossed, adapting them especially to hunt. congrats from Peru.
