Great idea...its wonderful to see what can be done to an image. Personally, not too sure about the frame, makes it look a little too Barbie-ish to me but like the tones and comp a lot.

Very dreamy and romantic; the frame is most suitable for the effects you have applied. What I like best here are the different tones of beach, sky and sea - with the couple in stark contrast.
I like this a LOT!
