Hi Anne - there is a very distinctive style you have and I immeadiately recognised this photo to be from you. I think this is a great thing. It is is something many artists strive for but find difficult to achieve.
You also convey a feeling and concept through your images, and this is where they are so successful.
In this image, my feeling as a viewer, is that the woman is attractive, moving quickly. She appears to have little time, but is interested to look at the viewer of the image because we have perhaps intruded into her space a little. I have never been to NY but these things all fit with the city in my mind's eye. Wonderful! John

This one is a classic Anne (you know how much I love street) I agree with the others about the great use of space with the white background, I have tried this before but I just couldn't seem to get it right, maybe one day eh?

I recognize your photos now without even seeing your name Anne. You have a unique style. This woman passing by does look just like you, a mirror image. I can see why you were surprised. The white space works as you would only be seeing her and nothing else.
