You asked me what I think about the Nikkor or Sigma...both of them are 70-300mm...
In my opinion, it is no doubt that Nikkor gives a higher quality image...
Before I got the Sigma, I considered that the macro ratio of Sigma is 1:2,
but the Nikkor is only 1:3.9, moreover, the price of the Sigma is only 70-80% of the Nikkor...
In my case, I like both tele and macro, but I don't have enough money to got a tele lens and macro lens separately... >__<
The new one is named "SIGMA 70-300mm F4-5.6 APO MACRO SUPER II" (with RED ring), macro range between 200-300mm, more flexible than the old model I think...
i love this..it's really got an abstract feel to it that's pure geometry..i like the chunky metal pieces together with the amazing curved stains that suck our eye right to the center of the image like a straw. The horizon line is placed precisely and the slope is ultra effective. Really well done image..pssssffftt...fake sky? what fake sky? It looks totally natural to me (7)
