The focus works fine for me, her/his right eye and mouth and drip are sharp, further eye doesn't matter as far as I'm concerned!!!
The lighting is PERFECT, AND PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL!!

The thumbnail really caught my eye. I agree that the shot would have been better with a smaller aperture to increase the DOF.
Composition is superb as is the lighting.
