Very nice. At first, I didn't see much here -- just a candid picture of a kid. But somehow, this one didn't let me go. I see an almost crucial moment captured. This child is confronted with something or someone that causes him to stop in his path and acknowledge a force or person larger than himself. An epiphany of sorts.
The eyes are, to use Jani's word, fantastic.
I like your stuff alot. I aspire to that sort of natural portrayal of childhood. I love the black and white stuff; I'm trying to figure out what of my photos I should present in B&W. You seem to have figured it out very well for yourself.
I also appreciate your commentary on my photography. I will only become better with the input of better photographers like yourself
