About	Like the last photo, I took this with a zoom lens in a yard not mine, so I had no choice of the background. My camera zoom at distance is not great, but wanted to finish out my trio of yard decorations, so will post it anyway.

It's amazing what people put in their yards :-)

A couple of comments:
The subject seems to be in need of better focusing, I'd expect the figure to be the sharpest part of the picture.
The composition might have benefited from a low angle of view (eye-to-eye) and a bit more room at the top (the hat is almost touching the top edge of the frame).
The background is quite messy, if using a very shallow depth of field doesn't work and no other suitable angle can be found, not taking the shot (waiting for a day when the background has been cleared up) is a valid alternative.
