Fantastic shot especially when taken from a moving train. Wonderful composition, lovely sky, I like the dead boats lined up together while the bigger and newer ones carry on life at sea. The colours and texture of the foreground grass is also remarkable.

Caspita che colpo! Mi piace per due motivi:
uno perchè trovo suggestivi i cimiteri di auto, navi, treni, ecc.
due perchè l'hai scattata dal treno. E adoro viaggiare in treno e qualche volta ho scattato immagini dal treno, ma non ho ottenuto questo splendido risultato. Ciao Ciao Francesca

Inquadratura notevole, Orazio. Mi piace il punto di vista di Cecilia. Il contrasto tra le navi abbandonate in primo piano e quelle efficienti nella rada. Piacevole l'atmosfera data dalla foschia nello sfondo e quest'enorme nuvolone che lascia intravvedere un cielo azzurro.

Orazio, questa per me' e' un capolavoro, sia per la composizione di questo bel gruppo di barconi, che per la luce e i fantastici colori. Bellissimo lo sfondo un po' annebbiato e il nuvolone con contorni delicati.

This is astonishing! I was admiring the perfect, slightly off-center placing of the main group of ships, the way that the outer ships (and the crane in the background) are leaning inwards, giving cohesion to the entire group, and the wonderful horizontal banding (foreground, sea, sky--and such a sky) and then I noticed it was taken from a moving train! Wonderful photography, to seize the moment so perfectly. Hats off! I am putting it into my "favourites."
