I'd almost describe this as surreal - despite the fact that it's composed of everyday matter, the way they're aligned reminds me of something Dali would be proud of.

Neat composition and narrow colour range;I like this photo.Maybe knocking out the tree in the middle would give this image an even stronger impact ,what do you think?

Still doing a great job, M.A. The turning up of brightness, as Andrew mentioned. When I try to help my underexposed pictures along a bit in PS, it's like I mentioned before, Andrews comment, the colors get washed out then try to add contrast or take away,,,what a mess. So I noticed in the new Forum feature there was a category on light (not there now), but was wondering about the dark areas as in yours in right bottom and light areas as in grassy area..John Shepard mentioned exposing for somewhere in between, and, well, I got a lot of work to do in this area. It works pretty nicely in this kind of photo, but when it comes to people in shadows...

I didn't even see the foreground (looked black) until I turned up the brightness on my monitor. Turning up brightness also washes out colors . . . Anyway, I liked the shot when I saw it, nice perspective.

This is great Marty. I really love the way shape of the tree on the horizon almost matches the shape of the very cool cloud on the right. I wish the foreground was a tad lighter, but thats probably from the scan. A very nice image in my opinion. Beautiful.
