Great work, Teunis.
I am slightly less fond of this one than of much of your other work - the yellow pestle of the flower is swallowed by the yellow petals - making it less attractive.
Of course, it is the flower's fault...
As usual, your DOF is bloody amazing!

Such wonderful original flower! Reminds of that flower called "Calla" but that is white, and more an indoors flower. I love the light, it makes the yellow colour melt my eyes! Very beautiful!

Hi Teunis,the plant is Lysichitum americanum,a bog plant with quite a nasty smell!but the appearance makes up for that, a beautiful flower which makes a bold statement around the edge of a pool.Of coarse you have captured this beauty in your usual confident style.
